2) Get excited because your surprise box of goodies is on its way and will arrive to your doorstep around the 20th of each month, depending on holidays and weekends.

3) *ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS YOU CANCEL*

Renewals are made on the 30th of each month

4) SKIP A BOX OR CANCEL ANYTIME!

Month-to-month subscriptions can skip boxes as they wish, you can do this by logging into your account. All subscriptions can cancel anytime, simply log in to your account to manage your needs.

WHAT IS AMERICAN GLUTEN-FREE?

American Gluten-Free is a Celiac Safe subscription box service dedicated to meeting the needs of those living a gluten free lifestyle either for medical need, a gluten intolerance or as a dietary choice. We also promise some fun along the way!

WHAT'S INSIDE THE BOXES?

We offer four different box options for you to choose from. Our Foodie Box comes with 7+ mostly full sized pantry items for creating delicious meals and comes complete with fun recipes for some tasty inspiration in the kitchen! Our Snack Box includes 8+ full and sample size snacks and goodies and is perfect for the gluten free snackers. Our Vegan Snack Box has 8+ specially curated snacks that fit the needs of those living a vegan lifestyle. Our Kids Club Box features 8+ snacks including baking mixes and occasionally pantry items like pasta or cereal.

ARE YOUR BOXES FREE OF OTHER ALLERGENS?

The Foodie and Snack Box are 100% gluten free & free from dairy. Our Vegan Snack Box is 100% gluten free, free from dairy and vegan. Our Kids Club Box is 100% gluten free and free from dairy and peanuts. We aim to avoid other allergens whenever possible but we can not guarantee these products won't be in the boxes.

HOW MUCH ARE THE BOXES?

Our Foodie Box is $36.95/month -  Our Snack and Vegan Snack Box are both $24.95/month - Our Kids Club Box is $25/month.

CAN I GET JUST ONE BOX OR DO I HAVE TO GET A SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! You can simply sign up for the month to month plan and cancel immediately to prevent further renewals. Don't worry, the cancellation never affects the shipments you've paid for!

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION TO SOMEONE?

Definitely! You can gift any of our subscriptions. Our month to month subscription will renew every month until you cancel. If you cancel immediately after signing up for any of our subscriptions, you will still receive your shipments and avoid further renewals.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?

We ship all subscription boxes at the same time. We aim to ship around the 20th of each month, depending on weekends and Holidays.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

You are charged for your subscription the day you sign up. Moving forward, your renewal will always be charged on the 30th of each month.

CAN I CANCEL OR SKIP BOXES?

Absolutely! Unlike gluten, we don't give you any fuss! You can cancel anytime no questions asked. If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription, your plan will be canceled and you will receive the remainder of the boxes under your terms as the subscription has already been prepaid. If you are on our month to month plan, you can skip shipments as you see fit. This is completely in your hands. You can also skip 3 or 6 month renewals. Everything is completely manageable once logged into your account. *If you wish to skip a month or cancel your plan, this change needs to be made by the 19th of the month.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states.

OTHER STUFF...

• All products are either certified gluten free and/or made in gluten free facilities!

• If any products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be sure to replace anything that was damaged, free of charge. We also ask that you please send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected] so that we can take note of the damage and help prevent any future issues. Note: there is a 3 day grace period upon delivery confirmation in order to receive a replacement.

• All boxes are final sales and can not be returned.
